Lilly Den Farm Offers Farm Visits As Well As Bringing The Farm To The Preschools!

Preschool Farm Day

Preschoolers will gather around as the farmers of Lilly Den Farm bring out all the animals on our farm to the song “Old McTucker Had a Farm.” As we bring out the animals kids will have an opportunity to pet and feel the different textures of the animals. Animals will be displayed around the gathering area to pet and feed later in the day.

When the song is over kids will break up into 4-6 (depending on number of students) interactive farming sessions. Including but not limited to gardening, milking a cow, making a healthy farm fresh snack, sensory station with textures around the farm, petting and feeding farm animals.

Kids can enjoy a brown bag picnic lunch before heading back to your preschool.

Check out our blog for more information and links to lesson plans to share with your students before the visit to the farm and after.

Teachers and support staff are free.

Per Student...$15 ($300 minimum)
