Our cows are not considered grass fed. Although, their diet primarily consists of high quality forages and grass. They also have 24 hour access to outdoor pastures. We feed a small amount of grain, most being spent grain from the Carolina Brewery. The dairy cows and calves are fed a supplement protein. This supplemental feed is less than 10% of their diet but crucial for their healthy development and production.

In the past Lilly Den Farm offered farm tours and farm pick up. However, Tucker and I have decided to no longer offer tours and farm pick up because we have gotten so busy with our food truck and farm store located at The Plant, 220 Lorax Lane.

You can place an order or ask questions by emailing us or texting Mackenzie at 919-356-3150. Please be sure to state your name, where you would like to pick up, and your entire order. I will send a confirmation text or email confirming the order. The confirmation may take up to 24 hours. If you do not hear back from me please resend your order.

The milk is a raw pet product labeled “Not Fit for Human Consumption.” With that said, we take every precaution in having a clean, healthy pet treat, but using the proper cleaning, animal husbandry, and 40 years of experience.

We offer a wide variety of cuts of beef, pork, and chicken. We offer turkeys during the holidays only. We offer specialty smoked hams during the Easter holiday by reservation only. We occasionally offer lamb.

We milk two heritage breeds of cattle; Guernsey and Aryshires. Both breeds are known for their incredibly high quality of milk. All of our cows are A2.
