Buy Pork or Beef in Bulk

How deep is your Freezer Space? Thinking about buying meat in Bulk?

Pork

We will have a half of pork ready as soon as tomorrow to stock your freezer up. A half of pig is 50-70 worth of meat. We charge $6.50 a pound actual weight (meaning you only pay for the weight you receive) this price includes processing, packing and delivery (within reason).

What do you get from a half hog?

You will receive 50-70 lbs. of meat including pork chops, roasts, shoulder steaks, spare ribs, bratwurst, Italian sausage, bulk sausage, ground pork, kielbasa, hot dogs and bacon. We do not charge for soup bones or liver but you are welcome to it if you want.

Beef

We will have a quarter or half of steer ready by the end of November to stock your freezer up. A quarter steer is 100+/- lbs worth of meat. We charge $7.50 a pound actual weight (meaning you only pay for the weight you receive) this price includes processing, packing and delivery (within reason).

What do you typically get form a quarter steer?

You will receive 100+/- pound of meat including an awesome variety of steaks, roasts, stew, ribs and ground. Because you get such a variety of cuts from a steer you can choose your cuts of steaks and roasts and decide what you want ground. Tucker will go over all cutting instruction with you. We do not give any organ meat or dog bones unless you ask for them.

Turkey

We still have some turkeys left for Thanksgiving and we will be taking Christmas turkey orders as well. If you already ordered a turkey be looking for my confirmation email later this week to let us know when you will be picking your bird up. I am so excited for Turkey time!!
