A farm to Fork Food truck located in Chatham County’s Food and beverage district at The Plant.

At Meats & Eats we strive to serve food raised and grown by Chatham County’s finest Farmers. Our menu changes with the seasons with heavy focus on smoked meats. Check our our Sunday brunch menu.

We combined two of our favorites together for you. Try our popular Mac-n-Cheese and famous cheesy sausage dip, topped with shredded American cheese.

Top our popular Mac~n~Cheese with your choice of smoked pulled pork, smoked shredded chicken or smoked shredded beef tossed in Cherrie’s BBQ sauce and topped with shredded American cheese. Ask for cheese “steak” style for no additional charge!

Our popular Mac~n~Cheese starts with penne rigate pasta tossed in our house made creamy cheese sauce, topped with shredded American cheese.

BBQ Plate...$18

Pick one of our own in-house smoked meats: pulled pork, shredded chicken or shredded beef, tossed in Cherrie’s BBQ sauce, then choose two sides: Mac-n-Cheese, Fries, or Slaw served with a fresh baked roll. Add an additional meat for $5.

Salads

Farmers Salad...$13

Try our fresh mixed green salad topped with cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and crumbled goat cheese. Choose between our in-house made ranch, blue cheese, or mustard vinaigrette dressing. Add pork, chicken or beef for an additional $5.

Kid Sandwich...$10

Kids choose between pulled pork, chopped chicken, or shredded beef plain on a fresh baked roll. Comes with fries or upgrade to Mac-n-Cheese for an additional $1.50.

Open faced buttermilk biscuit with pulled pork topped with slaw.

Roast pork, ham, and Swiss with Fairgame’s Flying Peppers Mustard, and pickles on a toasted kaiser roll.

Not your classic BLT: Bacon chunks and tomato salad over a bed of mixed greens served on a club roll.
